Resident Evil Village may be continuing a previous story but that doesn’t make it any less stellar when compared to past RE games. The graphics have been thoroughly enhanced, though. This gameplay style had been a divergence from the action-shooter genre of Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 and instead, had been a return to the original games’ survival horror focus on exploration. Resident Evil Village, also known as “ Resident Evil 8”, follows up on both of RE7’s storyline and gameplay.
